Growing craft manufacturing company near Pottstown, PA, seeks an experienced Business Manager to lead a skilled team building and servicing custom pipe organs. You’ll guide operations, refine processes, and provide financial and production reporting as we expand.

Requirements: 5+ years of leadership in business or department management; background in manufacturing, construction, or similar; steady, practical leadership style.
