Request for Proposal

« Back to Process

After our initial visit and meeting, you may request that we provide you with a proposal. We, of course, are most happy to provide you with a detailed breakdown of what we believe the project will entail.

We ask that you provide us with the following items, if available, in order to begin the process:

  • The instrument’s specification (the stop list). Most church organists have this list available or it may be found in a dedication brochure. If you don’t have a stop list available, the next best thing is to take a snapshot of the stop groupings using a digital camera and email it to us. If no digital camera is available, a nice 8 x 10-inch picture of each stop grouping will be fine.
  • Pictures (digital or regular) of the organ with the doors to chamber open, the console open, and the ladders.
  • A list of the seating capacity of the room in which the organ is situated, the acoustical environment, and, for a new installation, the available space of the existing instrument or for the new instrument.
