Welcome to Patrick J. Murphy & Associates. At PJM, our primary goal is to professionally envision and construct new pipe organs and restore existing instruments that transcend the esthetic and artistic vision of our clients in a personable, knowledgeable, and practical manner.
A pipe organ is an individual artwork built by highly skilled artisans. Each instrument is designed for the room into which it will sing, after considering the architecture, acoustics and the liturgical and musical needs of the parish and its musicians. While modern organbuilders strive to take advantage of modern technology and materials, we remain committed to ancient principles and methods. The beauty and majesty of the pipe organ is, therefore, the product of the love and dedication of those who crafted it.
